Responsibility of Subscriber:
Subject to the applicable terms and conditions by Palestine Cellular Communications Company (Jawwal), a subscriber must:
1. Maintain the password assigned to him/her, and make sure not to disclose or reveal it to any person whosoever. Moreover, a subscriber shall bear full responsibility, engagement, losses or damage arising from any usage of user identification data and/or the assigned password.
2. Not to do or allow any violation(s) to the intellectual right(s) of Jawwal or others.
3. Not to use accessing to services website of Palestine Cellular Communications Company (Jawwal) on the internet for any illegal or improper purposes or any purpose prohibited by the laws or the terms and conditions of this document.
4. A subscriber undertakes to incur all expenses and costs of processes he/she performs by activating his/her services provided by Jawwal.
5. A subscriber shall have no right to recourse against Jawwal if the store stooped provision of any service.

Payment Terms:
Subject to the applicable terms and conditions by Jawwal, we reserve the right to debit the account of a subscriber’s credit card or recover any amounts including the advance payments against service or product to be provided on Jawwal website. A subscriber shall pay to Jawwal any other subscriptions or any other due or decided subscriptions by Jawwal.
Amendment of Services:
Jawwal shall have the right to change and/or amend a certain service provided to subscriber and further the right to disconnect, totally or partially, the services provided over the website without any prior notice or giving reasons.
Change of Address:
In case a subscriber has changed his/her address, then he/she has to modify it on the website at the personal information section, and he/she has to hold full risks and responsibility for missing or delaying any communication or package delivered prior to this amendment.
Amendments:
Jawwal reserves the right to amend and/or change and/or rewrite these terms and conditions or any other documents related to its services available on the website whenever it deems fit and/or if necessary which shall immediately be binding to the subscriber from the date of posting such amendments.
