Return & Replacement Policies

·         A subscriber must check the device when received to make sure that it is free from any defect, scratch, break or short on accessories prior to sign transaction of device delivery note.

·         In case of having any defect in the device that may appear after delivery, please to visit the maintenance center or gathering spot of the supplier to deliver the devices for checking.

·         Maintenance of devices shall be made by the maintenance center as provided for in the warranty card; whereas e-Store is not responsible for devices maintenance.
